POLICIES

  1. Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind. Violators are subject to pay a $250 penalty fee.

  2. Extra guests are $25 per guest per night, anyone not mentioned in the guest count total is subject to pay extra guest fees, regardless of wether they are spending the night or not. We do not allow more guests than the listing max capacity states. We also don't allow visitors.

  3. Dogs are welcome (NO CATS). There is a one time pet fee of $50 per pet. 2 dog maximum.

  4. Early check in is subject to availability, there is a $30 fee associated. Late check outs are also subject to availability and must be requested before 9AM on the day of check out; the late check out fee is $50.

  5. NO PARTIES.

  6. Please keep noise levels down after 10PM.

  7. Please do not move or rearrange any of the artwork or furniture! Also, please do not damage or steal anything in the apartment. Any item found destroyed or missing will be charged accordingly.

  8. Additional items such as air mattresses, extra blankets, pillows, etc are available on a first come first served basis and can be requested at the front desk after you've checked in. We do not guarantee the availability of said items as supplies are limited.

  9. The Rosemary is not responsible for any lost items. Please be sure to triple check that you are not leaving anything behind before you check out! If said lost item is found, we will hold it for up to 5 days. If it is not claimed, we will unfortunately have to discard it. Having a lost item shipped to you can be discussed, doing so is at the discretion of management.

  10. We are a vacation rental company, not a full service hotel. We do not provide daily cleaning services, the upkeep of the room is up to you during the length of your stay.
